Sunnyside Strand Pool and Beach.... brought to you by WolfNBearDen on The Exchange ...I put this together at Sunnyside Strand which is a beach/park area in Sunset Valley. I had built Claire Mansion where the Wolff House (500 Sunnyside Blvd) had been and decided I wanted more down on the beach below.
Directions: You have to bulldoze the existing beach - and then replace it with this one after you download it.
Here you can see the playground, the fruit juice bar, the pool with some lawn chairs and umbrellas ... (you can see Claire Mansion above the cliff)
